Why I Built Baseline
I spent years selling robotics and automation to CPG manufacturers — contract packagers, brand owner facilities, co-packers across food, beverage, pharma, and nutraceuticals.
I saw the same problems everywhere, over and over: breakdowns nobody predicted, quality issues that escaped to customers, no-shows that killed production targets for the day, changeover times that varied wildly between operators, compliance paperwork that consumed entire days before an audit.
I watched companies spend millions on equipment and still run on spreadsheets and gut feel. The AI tools existed. The data was there.
